Following acquisition, the 12.700sqm listed property required extensive renovations while navigating listed building regulations, tenant requirements in parallel with running large scale events onsite onsite.

A true turn key project that required out a full holistic transformation, to rebrand the event location, achieving clear set goals. Helping our real estate client to achieve high ambitions was our focus to build the events side of the business, dramatically raising the performance of the asset and operating the company through new delivery models.
