Volt is an airy office loft, built in 1910. Insulated in a quiet courtyard just meters away from the vibrant centre of Moabit. Newly restored, this 5 story red-brick building combines historic character and modern functionality having been converted from an electrics workshop. High ceilings and large windows on all sides allow lots of light to flow into the office spaces. Struktur analyzed the client journey, developing a leasing strategy tailored to tenants needs with live tours and interactive showroom space. Tenants benefit from deeper connection with the property and the possibility to experience its potential first hand. LINK OFFICES

LINK is a modern, future-proof office building. The former school in the middle of Friedrichshain has gone through a full renovation. LINK has been reconstructed from the parking garage up to the top floor and is now a true connected workspace, located in the vibrant Friedrichshain area well-known for it culture.

Having collected the needs and desires of future tenants and stakeholders, Struktur designed an attractive showroom space fitting for local and international businesses.
Though careful tenant analysis, we reimagined the leasing process. Our goal was to increase occupancy. Our team achieved this through interactive experience and hospitality paired with a deep understanding of the property and listening to the tenants needs. We make sure that future tenants feel comfortable from day 1 guiding them from first contact up to the day they will move into their new office space.

POSTBAHNHOF BERLIN

An iconic event venue in Berlin city centre. Each letter adressed to Berlin arrived once through the Postbahnhof. Following acquisition, the 12.700sqm listed property required extensive renovations while navigating listed building regulations, tenant requirements in parallel with running large scale events onsite onsite.

A true turn key project that required out a full holistic transformation, to rebrand the event location, achieving clear set goals. Helping our real estate client to achieve high ambitions was our focus to build the events side of the business, dramatically raising the performance of the asset and operating the company through new delivery models.
