STRUKTUR did a full-service for A-HOUSE. Starting from strategic positioning on the market, building a new CI, a new online- and social media campaign up to the whole furniture, logistics, signage and interior design
VOLT OFFICE LOFTS
Volt is an airy office loft, built in 1910. Insulated in a quiet courtyard just meters away from the vibrant centre of Moabit. Newly restored, this 5 story red-brick building combines historic character and modern functionality having been converted from an electrics workshop. High ceilings and large windows on all sides allow lots of light to flow into the office spaces. Struktur analyzed the client journey, developing a leasing strategy tailored to tenants needs with live tours and interactive showroom space. Tenants benefit from deeper connection with the property and the possibility to experience its potential first hand. Our leasing experts guide future tenants through each step, breaking down the old challenges usually encountered when choosing a new office space.
SEKTOR
SEKTOR is the next generation of offices in Berlin. An ode to a city that was once divided but reunited after its walls were teared down. It is a collection of historic and restored office buildings throughout Berlin city centre. Made for real humans in the digital age, with smart spaces uniting technology and sustainability and proposing an environment in which organizations can work, create and connect.
During phase 1 of the project our team of strategists and designers developed the brand and interactive experience to match the identity of 6 diverse and beautifully renovated historical buildings owned by a private equity investors.
Phase 2 Struktur created the communications strategy and campaigns which established a cohesive narrative to position Sektor as a portfolio of the next generation of office spaces in Berlin while actively managing the digital marketing of each of the individual properties.
The well thought-through marketing is the base that more than 1500 square meters are already in use by new tenants and the demand for SEKTOR’s space is steadily increasing.
LINK OFFICES
LINK is a modern, future-proof office building. The former school in the middle of Friedrichshain has gone through a full renovation. LINK has been reconstructed from the parking garage up to the top floor and is now a true connected workspace, located in the vibrant Friedrichshain area well-known for it culture.
Having collected the needs and desires of future tenants and stakeholders, Struktur designed an attractive showroom space fitting for local and international businesses.
Though careful tenant analysis, we reimagined the leasing process. Our goal was to increase occupancy. Our team achieved this through interactive experience and hospitality paired with a deep understanding of the property and listening to the tenants needs. We make sure that future tenants feel comfortable from day 1 guiding them from first contact up to the day they will move into their new office space.
FELMO OFFICE DESIGN
Felmo are a visonary startup offering a combination of at-home veterinary and digital services. We first met their team having guided them through the letting process for their new office space in Moabit.
With a keen eye for design our team created a space for the team to grow and flurish. Integrating features needed for their hybrid workforce. The interior design for Felmo includes the architectural opportunities of the room in the design in such a way that a harmonious interplay between the room and the furnishings is created.

An iconic event venue in Berlin city centre. Each letter adressed to Berlin arrived once through the Postbahnhof. Following acquisition, the 12.700sqm listed property required extensive renovations while navigating listed building regulations, tenant requirements in parallel with running large scale events onsite onsite.
A true turn key project that required out a full holistic transformation, to rebrand the event location, achieving clear set goals. Helping our real estate client to achieve high ambitions was our focus to build the events side of the business, dramatically raising the performance of the asset and operating the company through new delivery models.
